My name is Inez Stiekema.

As a MfN-registered mediator, I support clients through divorces, family matters, and employment disputes. I facilitate dialogue to support parties in reaching constructive, workable and sustainable agreements. Whether a divorce or a conflict in the workplace: in my work, I value clarity, respect, and a practical approach. I believe that this helps reaching durable agreements that all parties are satisfied with.

After the Basic Mediation Training, I broadened my knowledge with the Family Mediation specialization. I completed both courses at the Academy for Mediation Training. This training institute is accredited by the MfN and is affiliated with the Dutch Mediators Association.

I am personally affiliated with the Mediators Association Haaglanden, the NMv, and of course the MfN.
