The updated MfN regulations came into effect on January 1, 2026. All important information is clearly listed once again, including links to the updated documents.

Mediation alongside judicial proceedings subsidized from March 1st.
Mediation alongside judicial proceedings will be subsidized as of March 1, 2023. All paying parties to the proceedings will then be entitled to a start-up contribution if they have been referred to mediation from the judicial system. This means that the first 2.5 hours of the mediation will cost them nothing. Nothing changes for parties entitled to legal aid.
